What an absolutely wild NFL week 1!!

This week, I did something that feels so absolutely cathartic: I threw away all of my old journals. I don't even journal anymore. I stopped being my own self-help project, and started feeling & expressing my feelings fully. I live in alignment. No more self-abandoment. I live in gratitude.

I have all together except $400 Even like $5 helps. He's 33 months clean &sober. His teenage daughter just moved in with us and just started highschool. He is so deserving of help. He's worked so hard. He just got off probation after 20 years.

Anyone have $3500 I can borrow to bond my dude out of jail? I hate our justice system. No bonding company will touch this because it's a "failure to appear" for court he was never notified of, for charges from 2022 he didn't know he had It's been almost two weeks to get this far. I am so exhausted

I have the most people reaching out to me concerned for their loved ones that I've ever had in all the years & years I've been doing disengagement work. A huge uptick And I don't even do any media or have a website or get any work in schools or anything anymore. We're in serious trouble.

The amount of people who are just a-ok with my abuser is nauseating and has really made me rethink my ideas about community and places where I genuinely belong. There are no "two sides" to abuse. There's the cycle of abuse. By an abuser. That's it.
