Not to be confused with the KPOP Demon Hunters' classic, Takedown, our new cask aged IPA, Shakedown, has landed. The new USA hopped cask aged IPA which searches out the taste buds and exhorts soulfully intense flavours right across the palate.

One of our favourite UK single hopped ales, Ernest is back for April! Expect complex flavours and predominantly fruity notes of apricot, citrus and spice from this brilliant British hop.

We've got seven Oakham Ales lined up for the tap takeover at The Full House in Hemel Hempstead. It kicks off on 23rd April and runs for a week, or while stocks last. They've gone all out for a powerful list!

Our second April seasonal will be Thunderhawk. Three of the boldest Kiwi sourced hops varieties combine with Chinook from the USA to give powerful tropical fruit, grape and wet stone aromas and flavours and a smooth mouthfeel in this punchy and aromatic New World Pale.

While the basis for most of our beers is Maris Otter we do use a range of specialist malts to get different textures, aromas and flavours in some of our beers.

The Hare and the Hedgehog is available now. An enduring Oakham favourite, first brewed in 2012 and returning this March for the first time since 2023.

Double hopped with 100% USA sourced Citra hops. Green Devil is the big brother of our best selling Oakham Citra and very much the beer (a big, high ABV contemporary IPA) that our Brewing Director John Bryan envisaged brewing when he first discovered the Citra hop variety back in 2009.

Our red ale, Soul Synergy, is proving a big hit on the bar. Have you managed to find it in the wild yet?

Date for the diary - we've got a tap takeover in the Coronation Hall at Surbiton which will feature 13 Oakham Ales - both seasonal and core range. An unmissable event for Oakham fans!

We're gearing up for Beer X in Liverpool this week - one of the biggest events in the brewers' calendar. Green Devil is a finalist in the Cask IPA (5.6% and over) category at the Indie Beer Awards and it's a huge honour to even make the finals!
