We've had a little break from the Six Nations this weekend, so what sporting events have you been enjoying down the pub instead? Or perhaps you've been setting up your own tournament?

We gave you a little peek of the brew day and now, Trade Pals, it's time to get your orders in for our Hook Norton collab, Hooked Up. It showcases British hops alongside the new US Karma - itself a collab between our long-term hoppy partners Charles Faram and US hop growers Puterbaugh Farms.

Our cask aged UK IPA, Infinity Loop, is available now. It features the delights of Opus, Mystic™ and Jester® hops to create a never-ending swirl of intense tropical and citrus flavours with an undertone of earthiness and spice.

We played host to the team from Hook Norton last week, as they came along for a very special brew day. Our latest collaboration will be Hooked Up, a 4.1% light copper ale featuring Harlequin and Jester hops from the UK - and an exciting new US variety, Karma. that is brought to the fore.

Citra is available to order on keg right now. A slightly punchier 4.6% ABV helps to keep the aroma and flavour at the level we want it, when served at a lower temperature.

Whole leaf hops are an important part of our weekly ingredient list. We do experiment with some pellets from time to time, but our classic are all made with the full cones - we just love the aroma.

Coming in March, the Hare and the Hedgehog makes a return. A simple bitter with US hops that has been delighting you as a seasonal offering since 2012.

Looking for a good beer match with your pancakes this evening? Good old Citra is here to save the day, if you enjoy them simply, with lemon and sugar - bring out those citrusy notes with a classic single hop ale.

Nectaron® is available now and drinking beautifully. Full of Southern Hemisphere tropical and stone fruit characters, this is a wonderfully intense pale ale.

We welcomed Jessica Martinez and Sergio Hernandez from Cerveceria Malteza, Mexico to brew Maltezer Session IPA (4.8%) with us for the overseas brewer part of the Wetherspoon Spring Festival (4-15 March). Cascade, Citra and Amarillo combine with a liberal infusion of hibiscus flowers.

And the great cycle of casks continues - washed, filled, delivered... then returned to go through the process over again.

We still have limited quantities of our seasonal Pendulum available. This delightful, sessionable pale is hopped with UK Goldings and Challenger for a floral, herbal flavour with restrained citrus notes. A charming beer, in our humble opinion.

We've taken a little peek into Monday and, you know, it's not looking that bad.

Trade pals - cask aged Skyline is available now. This 5.0% IPA has towering spicy citrus characteristics of Cascade, enhanced by the tropical pineapple, passionfruit and herbal hints of Nectaron® - all lifted yet further by the aromatic grape and gooseberry notes of Nelson Sauvin™.

High praise indeed from @proftimf.bsky.social! He tried The Final Cut, John Bryan's sign off brew after an illustrious 30 year career with Oakham Ales. It's the fifth part of John's series of beers based on Kipling's 1888 short story, The Man Who Would Be King, which he began brewing in 2005.

Our team walks the hop fields in Yakima Valley each year to help select the best hops and to keep our eye out for exciting new varieties. We release two seasonal beers each month to make the most of this bounty - using hops from the US, the UK and other key global growers.

One benefit of being in the brewery during the winter is that there is no shortage of boiling liquid to keep us nice and cosy.
