I don't think this was clarified before, but this new section in the TCG Tournament Handbook states that when open decklists are used, they will be used for top cut only. It also states players can only check their opponent's decklist while players shuffle for the first game of the match.

Lille might be one of the most stacked regionals ever (despite Tord's absence!) and we're 30 players short of a 14th round... it's going to be tough.

The Unofficial Lille Expanded Cup will be on Sunday at 10am during day 2! - Free - Proxies allowed - Look at your Prize cards on your first deck search per game, so we don't waste time on prize checks - bo1 rounds + bo3 top cut - I'm providing a Forbidden Light booster box worth of prizing

Apparently there's no Expanded side event at Lille regionals. That's disappointing, but do you know what that means? We'll do one ourselves! More info coming soon, but basically, bring an Expanded deck this weekend! It will be free, on Sunday, with proxies (and non-EU cards) allowed.

BY THE WAY If you've updated to Windows 11 recently, you're probably on version 25H2. There's a new setting in Settings: Privacy & Security. Scroll aaaaaaaalll the way to the bottom and you'll see "Text and Image Generation." TURN IT OFF.

Also, I'm going to write an Expanded thread per month from now on. There's not that many archetypes I still want to cover, one per month should be fine to cover new decks that pop up! Next thread will probably be at the beginning of November, after Gdansk regionals. (Too busy before that)
