Post-mortems get written, but they rarely produce code changes, & the lessons learned in one company rarely make it to another. SW has no =lent of the National Transportation Safety Board, that investigates failures, publishes findings, & issues recommendations the industry is expected to respect.

AI as a term goes back a long way, but it's always used in one of two contexts. Either as a reference to the whole research field, including computer vision, robotics, NLP, etc Or as a term used to raise money.

Has someone in the ocaml community tried to create a modular monolith directory for a web app without struggling with cyclic dependency? Anytime I have tried to do that, I have faced cyclic dependency issues that I end up using a layered directory approach.

Had an amazing time setting up kakuone code editor with OCaml LSP support and the kitty terminal for development. OCaml lap worked right out of the box. I have not been able to figure out type annotations (int -> int) yet. Autocomplete and syntax highlighting are up.

let me expand this. I've worked in flight safety for almost 20 years. Every regulation and rule MUST be unequivocal, clear and direct language no room for interpretation or people will sway from whats correct and people will get killed. if an LLM release a rule it would end up reviewed / rewritten

Completed the rewrite of our type-level router, moving away from linear pattern matching to trie based lookup. I noticed it provides 1.5M to 3.1M reqs/sec perf depending on capture complexity. #OCaml
