Specsavers did fix my glasses for free, but I did have to spend 15 minutes in the waiting room being talked at by a random person who asked me if I have kids yet, then disagreed with me when I politely pointed out I was probably too old for all that... so the cost was still way too high.

Got my glasses fixed! It's also finally cold enough for me to wear my favourite cardigan, so things are looking up!

I really need an eye test and new prescription, but I have been putting it off due to skintness. Today an arm has fall off my glasses, right on the same week we have the MOT booked. Think I'm just gonna have to Jack Duckworth it for a bit.

So yesterday I went out and skated around outside for hours with zero falls or injuries... then I came home, stood up too quickly at my desk without fully pushing my chair back, and really hurt my hip and general body by slamming it into the underside of my desk.

Met up with a bunch of skaters I hadn't met before today and went for a lovely skate round Cardiff Bay.

I'm feeling really ill, in pain and generally despondent about life for no apparent reason.* * Anyone who tells you it's because I forgot to take my meds twice over the last few days is a fucking liar.

Now that I have actually finished uni I really should finish the final bits of the browser game we made most of about a year ago. Maybe I'll have another few days of doing nothing first.

I thought war had broken out in Cardiff but turns out it's a Will Smith concert. Had no idea the bounce back would be so loud.

Physics degree... DONE! Granted I won't get the results for a few months, but unless something goes alarming wrong, based on my marks so far I should be fine. What am I going to moan about now?

Remembering a mistake I made fifteen years ago

I have completely finished by literature-based project report, my project log, all the additional questions and prepared all my documents for my final ever uni submission! I want to give the report and all of the 50+ references a final check before I submit tomorrow, but it's essentially done!
