I know most folks say the average lifespan (~80 years) is short but I’m not even half that and mine feels LONG 😂

Being motivated to go to the gym when it’s cold outside is very difficult.

One of the things I hate most about winter is the fact that I have to reapply lotion a million times a day 😒. Even with a humidifier, my hands get so dry they crack so I’ve purchased a thicker hand cream that will hopefully work better 🤞🏾🤞🏾🤞🏾

There aren’t many activities I enjoy doing alone. Oddly enough, though, I prefer going to the movies alone. Other than that, I hate doing things alone.

Surprisingly, my first vacation day is going by slowly. Usually vacation days speed right on by 😂

IG has always been my favorite social media application but over the past few years, I’ve liked it less and less. 😔

I found this documentary that includes elderly black gay men, interviewed by Dr. E Patrick Johnson (PhD). It includes a gay couple of over 40 years 🙌🏾 (timestamp 44:38) & the oldest person interviewed was 99. I definitely recommend watching the whole video that I’ve linked in the second post below.

I went to sleep a bit early so that I could wake up early for the gym. However, I intended to be awake at 5AM not 2AM smh

I feel unappreciated 90% of them time…..

I sometimes do small fitness challenges to keep myself on my fitness journey. So this month’s challenge will be beating my highest monthly steps, which is 46.3 miles (117.5k steps)! I’ll aim for 120k steps this month. Hopefully I’ll be able to do it 🤞🏾

The archetype of an “unc” is definitely a man in his 50s or older. I think of the type who invites friends/family over for weekend barbecues. I thought it was a satirical joke when folks in their 30s called themselves “unc” but I just found out some of them were being serious. 😂😂😂

This hobby lasted about 6 weeks smh 😂
