Whew! What a week…I’m exhausted.

Welp, my cardio for today was digging my car out of a foot and a half of rock hard snow…using a dustpan bc all the stores were sold out of shovels last week 😕

Even after all this time, my instinct is to pronounce this app as “blue-skee” as opposed to “blue-sky” 😂

I just saw someone turn their lights off by talking to Alexa! I’m so shocked and I need to know the product used to make that happen 😂

I walked over 2.5 miles on the treadmill today with a steep incline! 🥳

I didn’t realize paid versions of dating apps were so expensive. $50/week is diabolical 😂

I’ve been on my fitness journey for a year and a half & I still hate the gym as much as I did when I started 💀💀💀

My gym closes at noon today so I’m trying to muster up enough energy to go before then. It’ll likely be a short session but I definitely need to exercise today 😒

I found this documentary that includes elderly black gay men, interviewed by Dr. E Patrick Johnson (PhD). It includes a gay couple of over 40 years 🙌🏾 (timestamp 44:38) & the oldest person interviewed was 99. I definitely recommend watching the whole video that I’ve linked in the second post below.

The archetype of an “unc” is definitely a man in his 50s or older. I think of the type who invites friends/family over for weekend barbecues. I thought it was a satirical joke when folks in their 30s called themselves “unc” but I just found out some of them were being serious. 😂😂😂

This hobby lasted about 6 weeks smh 😂

When the time falls back, I don’t enjoy an extra hour of sleep. I just wake up an hour early and lay there until it’s time to get up.
