Well, the thrilling conclusion to this is that I opened the tofu and despite having a week left on the package, it was so disgustingly gone off that I couldn't even bear to put it in the kitchen bin and had to take it outside, so, uh. That's sorted, anyhow? 💀

It's going to be very disgusting this weekend, and I have a block of tofu I need used. I need to cook it today, then toss it in the fridge for a day or two. We eat a lot of tofu, but I rarely cook ahead. I'm leaning mapo tofu, but am willing to be convinced otherwise if anyone has ideas?
