a fun little social media "tip" i heard a while back and love doing from time to time is to go to a specific account you like and scroll their feed rather than a "for you" or "following" feed! It's so fun because you get to deep dive in one person's work, AND it feels more intentional!

Growing up I always experienced being shamed for liking Manga and Video-Games, not just from adults but also peers. Today, Video-Games and Manga have reached more acceptance but the shaming still comes around. Because now I'm a "grown man" and I'm not supposed to like those "childish" things.
