Wrong again. Not only did the raids in LA grow in scale and violence, they spread to other Home Depots across the country. HD remained silent, basically repeating the same line for 5 months. In short: "There's nothing we can do." [This is not true, and I'll come back to it at end of thread] /7

Recall that less than a year ago, it still wasn't clear what Trump meant by campaign promise of "Mass Deportation." The rhetoric was appealing to his base (as was his promise to "Build the Wall" in 2016). But during Trump 1.0, the WALL was never built. And Trump deported less people than Obama. /2
