I'm heartbroken to share that my brilliant and talented client Bret Shuford passed away this morning after a battle with HLH & T-Cell Lymphoma. He was such a spark of joy to all who knew and worked with him. He could sing, dance, act, and WRITE. This really hurts.

Three Democrats (Cuellar, Gonzalez, and Davis) joined the Republicans to pass Marjorie Taylor Greene's federal ban on gender affirming care through the House of Representatives. It is repugnant that the federal government won't give people health care, but it will TAKE IT AWAY from trans people.

A local Irvine high school's Turning Point USA club has organized a debate on “transgenderism and same sex marriage”. Not only are people’s lives and identities not up for debate, but this is also dangerous, thinly veiled bigotry. I have friends with queer kids at this school and I'm livid.

The @awfulagent.bsky.social weekly agent meeting just broke down when @jabbermaster.bsky.social made a Fiddler on the Roof reference and half of us started singing and the other half was like "What is happening?!?!" Lots of love for Motel the Tailor and Fruma Sarah. 🤣
