I had one of those plane conversations today that makes you appreciate strangers. She was traveling to give an ethics talk and we chatted about topics including the environment, women’s health, religion, family, and more. She seems like a truly great person and I’m glad I got to sit next to her.

I was at the coffee shop this morning and a beautiful woman came in with a huge husky pup who came to say hello to me and immediately wrapped their leash around tables and chairs. She told it, “you’re beautiful, salary, talented and everyone wants to know you but we gotta be careful!”

I dunno, maybe the rapture did actually happen but because all those holier-than-thou folks didn’t get taken…they just say it didn’t. Seems like something they would do.
