Had a great time libbing out at the live @pivotpod.bsky.social event last night, and while @karaswisher.bsky.social and @profgalloway.com were great (including comments about a “third leg” 👀) the highlight was getting to see Wonder Woman herself @lyndacarter.bsky.social!

On Veterans Day, I think of my first interaction with wounded Vietnam War veterans, who I visited as Miss World USA. I think of how impactful it was. It forever changed my view of war, of sacrifice, of honor, and of suffering.
