Bob Dylan plays his first-ever concert in Abilene Texas tonight. But I just discovered working on my Rolling Thunder series that he was actually scheduled to play there almost exactly 50 years ago. The concert, like a number of others on Rolling Thunder 1976, was canceled due to low ticket sales.
