MAP-MS overcomes dynamic range limitations in Orbitrap instruments. Using an Exploris 480 with an EASY-nLC 1200 and Aurora Ultimate XT column, Phlairaharn et al. achieved a 9% increase in protein IDs for DDA and a 4% improvement for DIA, while halving quantitative variation.

. The team present Mag-Net HP, an optimisation of the high-throughput Mag-Net workflow. LC-MS used Aurora Elite 15x75 columns for 40SPD or PepSep columns for 60SPD methods. Aurora columns showed 40% protein ID improvement vs. PepSep columns.
