Sometimes, it can be hard to escape certain thoughts, especially if they traumatise you. And as someone who goes through this every so often despite having moved on fully from most moments, I can say it does make me feel paralysed and teary. It may feel devastating knowing you can hurt others-

Was reading Toby's book on my RWS consecutive read, and for the final story - it's decent, but doesn't involve enough Toby in it. I prefer the way it was told in the Thomas Story Library adaptation where Toby and Thomas play a bigger focus w/ the former telling the latter about Mrs. Kyndley.
