Today SCOTUS has heard arguments in a case that could determine whether citizens born in the United States are lawful citizens. But the 14th Amendment is clear: birthright citizenship is a constitutional right. SCOTUS must uphold it!

Birthright citizenship is guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution. Trump and Miller are trying to end it by relying on the arguments of white supremacists. Fitting for them.

DHS has long been a failed agency, and its extreme abuses are nothing new. I’ve been sounding the alarm for years under both Republican and Democratic administrations.  That’s why we need the Melt ICE Act to end ICE’s detention-industrial complex – and why we must dismantle DHS.

This is blatant racism from the president of the United States. It is disgusting, it is dangerous, and it must be taken down. Republicans must join us in denouncing this behavior instead of excusing it.

A five-year old preschool child has been detained by ICE, along with other children. This is the level of cruelty and abuse of this administration. I will vote NO on more funds for an agency that is kidnapping children and killing people on the streets.
