Morning. ☕ This is the first photo taken with my new laptop and also its first BlueSky post. I was going to move the boat this morning, but the weather forecast has changed overnight. Looks like a long rainy spell is here, so I'll be staying put for the foreseeable.

Aaarghh! 😖 Heading back to my mooring first thing tomorrow. New neighbour is running the loudest generator I've heard in 10 years on the cut. He must have done something to the exhaust to make it sound so bad. Only a sociopath would moor amongst other people and run a generator like this.

I'm changing one of the two MCs in The Great Transgender Werewolf Massacre from a trans woman to a trans man. ✍🏻🤓 This would have been published by now if my last two laptops hadn't died inexplicably. Maybe the gods killed those laptops to give me time to think and get this story bang on. 😄

Yesterday morning I was struck down with food poisoning whilst eating insufficiently reheated takeaway. I'm still very unwell 🤒 but I think I might survive now. The vomiting appears to be over. I just have no strength after a day of no food. Let this be a lesson. 🧐 Don't ever be as stupid as me. 😭

I just did a practice video for an upcoming appointment that the doctor wants to do online via a video thing. I've never watched myself on a video and seem very different to how I thought I was. It's quite surprising. My voice is fine, except for a London accent I don't hear when I talk. 🤯
