This week we had the spring meeting of FIDES-2 (second framework for fuel irradiation experiments) in Aix-en-Provence. For me, my first meeting working as the secretariat for Technical Advisory Group. I had been a TAG member since the beginning of FIDES, but now on other side of the table.

Kävin ennakkoäänestämässä lähetystössä. Ei ollut pitkiä lakanoita seinillä ehdokkaiden numeroista, oli pari senttiä paksu kirja kaikkien kuntien kaikista ehdokkaista. Siitä sitten etsimään omaa äänestyskuntaa. Oli asiallinen kirja.

Äänestys alkaa ja jälleen vain kourallinen kokoomuksen ja murto-osa SDP:n ehdokkaista Helsingissä on tehnyt vaalirahoituksen ennakkoilmoituksen. Vihreillä se vaaditaan ehdokassopimuksessa. Ei demokratiaa vahvistava avoimuus näköjään omaehtoisesti toteudu, tästä pitäisi säätää lailla velvollisuus.
