I'm tempted to start a list of non-2D-platformer Metroidvanias... (As I love metroidvanias, but am fairly lukewarm about platformers, and have had difficulty with games that are both.) Conversely, such a list would incur a bit of a conflict of interests, as my own game would qualify for it... ^^;

Why do you think we watch amateur theatre and local dance recitals and put kids' art on the fridge? It's not because it's GOOD in the sense of being professional or perfect or High Art, it's because you can feel the joy of people making things.

It's been a while now, and so far I've had few real problems, and some definite pleasures from using Vivaldi! Honestly, can recommend, at least as I've been using it! ^_^
