I really enjoy doing series with fixed landscapes showing the passage of time and native fauna. I previously shared one I've made with different times of the day in Pleistocene Central Brazil, and here is an earlier one I did showing the four seasons in Ice Age Beringia (America-Asia land bridge).

Today is Adocus! This 36" long model represents a larger member of the genus, with species known globally aross the northern hemisphere. There are fossil elements suggesting a species of Adocus lived in the Southwest U.S., where this sculpture is displayed as a tactile model.
