within the enormity of the task we undertook Tuesday, moving this 800-ton behemoth 200 feet underground safely where she soon will begin a 3.5-mile tunneling journey, were some of the smallest of details. a braided cable. a welder's spark. in the magnitude and the minutiae, there is wonder. 🧵

i received some Customer Relations stats this week recapping 2024: • total # of calls reps handled: 58,687 • total issues resolved + closed: 70,200 • new cost-saving program enrollments: 7,674 • crisis assistance awarded: $277,296 numbers do tell a story. but stories are so much more than numbers.
