This vtuber's model looks like a digital pet from the early 2000's web. Their face looks likes its on an old LCD screen. Their overlay is also inspired by retro internet websites from the same era. The PC games they play on stream fit perfectly with their entire aesthetic.

I haven't really used bluesky much yet. Here are early brainstorming sketches & notes i drew & wrote when trying to think of ideas for that new OTGW short. I think i have more somewhere but i put them into a box already.
