So. It has officially happened. I have been officially let go from my position at CDC. I wasn’t a probationary employee. I had stellar performance reviews every year. I’ll be ok. But please understand that many worked HARD to get into these positions and were doing great public health work.

One big takeaway from this is that none of these Billionaires care if even billions of people die in a single event. It means nothing to them as long as they can keep trying to build their weird, creepy AI "utopia."

This is so true. Having boundaries with how often you consume the news is important, but completely avoiding everything until it affects you personally is not as mature as people think it is.

We got a message from the university to remove any use of the "DEI", "diversity", "equity", or "inclusion" from all public-facing documents. They said that even "biodiversity" is being flagged by the federal government. We live in the dumbest timeline.

Elon Musk has ZERO receipts for his claims of “fraud” in government agencies. But there seem to be a LOT of receipts showing that those same government agencies were investigating or regulating Musk and his companies.
