If you're making any dart throw picks at the end of start-up drafts I would prioritize Cyrus Allen and Matthew Hibner as strong dart throws. Allen has had several top 30 meetings with NFL teams. Hibner has been gaining steam since the Senior Bowl and performed well at the combine.

This start up draft has been really sharp. ⬇️A few lesser known names that were in quite a few top 30 visits are still available late in start ups that I was able to get. I would assume the same in rookie drafts. They’re worth a roster spot going into camps.
