Another near-miss of a Berkeley NIMBY almost understanding something. He's incensed that the corner where the new apartments were built also got a safer intersection, while the intersection near his house here he opposes all new housing remains unchanged. So close!

BART police budget is large enough that there should be 2 officers in every station at all times, but there are not. In fact, I think there's quite a lot of time every week where there are no officers at any of the 50 stations. BART should not be paying to serve warrants, the county sheriffs should.
