The latest weird MAGA justification of Trump's broken 2nd term promises on social media is that they weren't promises but "rumors" that he'd promised these things. Sure, they were rumors that Trump specifically and explicitly rumored during interviews and on his own Truth Social page.

At this point I'm half-expecting Trump to insist that he needs his ballroom to keep Iran from getting the bomb.

I keep hearing MAGAs say that the media "twists" Trump's words. Thing is, though, most of Trump's words are so garbled and incoherent that the media twisting them could only make them sound better.

Looking at Trump's messianic picture that he posted and later claimed was just him being a "doctor", a lot of the last 10 years suddenly makes a lot more sense if it turns out that Trump is actually a chaotic neutral sorcerer from a fantasy novel.

Yep, I'm already seeing social media MAGAs claiming that Orban lost due to "Communist propaganda" rather than "Orban was an autocrat who was driving his country into the ground".

Trump will insist he never really cared about the outcome of the Hungarian election, didn't know Orban that well, thought he would probably lose, no big deal.

It appears that once again the media is trying to make Trump look bad by quoting exactly what he says.

Getting Orban's loss as an early Christmas present is just one reason why I don't engage in a War on Christmas.

I wonder how Trump will feel when he realizes he can't fire Vance by social media post.

I'm all in favor of sending Vance to a lot more such troublesome spots.
