This is a pretty good interview with John Van Auken that covers many topics related to Edgar Cayce. John has worked for the A.R.E. (the Edgar Cayce organization) for decades and is an expert in the Cayce readings.

1/2: This has been pointed out elsewhere, but, with two small exceptions, every starting QB for the Oklahoma Sooners from 2015-2023 will be starting in the NFL this weekend: Baker/Kyler/Jalen/Spencer/Caleb/Dillon.

This book will be at the top of my reading list come Oct 7. It sounds awesome. "There (were) 6,000 Great Lakes shipwrecks between 1875 and 1975, one a week on average; 30,000 men and women drowned. Thatās one a day for 100 years. Thatās how dangerous these lakes are."

My Garmin watch has a few different breathing exercise programs to help reduce stress, and often (not always) it really helps. This screenshot shows my stress scores while doing 8+ minutes of equal-timed breaths (e.g., inhale 4 sec, exhale 4 sec). The watch calls this the Coherence technique.
