WTF?!? Border Czar Tom Homan claimed that ICE and Border Patrol agents don’t need probable cause to detain people they suspect are undocumented, saying they can do so based on factors like physical appearance. This is straight-up racial profiling, not law enforcement.

Congress literally created an Alien Terrorist Removal Court for the expeditious removal of aliens who are designated as terrorists, under a preponderance of evidence standard. I think problem isn’t the time it would take, but the fact that the government would have to produce actual evidence
