I’m loving Tai Chi so much!

Rethinking wellbeing this year. I’ve put on weight which has resulted in some quickly needed changes. Had to change diet for health reasons (which initially I thought was a bummer but maybe it’s a blessing in disguise). Going to try an app with Tai Chi exercises to gently try to lose weight.

The clocks went forward today. I guess we’re officially in Spring! I do love the lighter evenings but do wish the mornings were darker for a little longer! Off for a nice short road trip to see a friend for a Sunday Roast a popular UK dish! A must try for anyone ever visiting the UK.

Nice time out and about yesterday and had to wear the top hat!

Lovely night out with my school friend who I’ve known since my teens! Haven’t seen him for years because of logistics but so nice to have nice chats and great food! Fish curry is wonderful only thing was I ordered more food because was going to treat my friend but then they paid for my food eek lol

Great night tonight. Caught up with my close friend and had a lovely Turkish meal out. Was nice to do more social things and get out to the next town. Then, when I got home, instead of putting on the TV I put on the stereo and played some favourites from Lyn Collins ‘Think’ to Gary Numan!

Revisited my childhood today. Went to the local ice rink! When I was 5 years old, I did the level 1 ice skating training and over the years would go to the rink in my teens and as a young adult. Now years ago, I find myself having a call again to learn and bought a pair of 2nd hand figure skates.
