A thing that happens to me sometimes is someone on the internet will be jokingly mad about something I wrote. So I'll lightheartedly respond. And then I'll realize they weren't joking. And then I usually respond to that by joking.

Dude in my apartment courtyard is blasting out creed and singing along at the top of his lungs and I am like 90% sure he's singing badly on purpose as a joke. I understand people having fun, but I don't understand people thinking "I should have fun in a way is wildly inconsiderate of others."
