Rogue Construct Adventurers can be dangerous and unpredictable and any one of them is capable of mass devastation. However, there are reports of R.C.A's that enter a "suspended state". Unless interacted with they stop all actions and only observe. Long range spell sniping is recommended.

Most Witches steer clear of Demons, and only occasionally consult with ones that are known to be useful. However, there are rumors of Witches that have bonded with Demons, trusting that their understanding of magic will allow them to retain control. The Demons likely feel the same way.

Although most Demons live in their own exiled realm, some can be found wandering the world in strange and forgotten spaces. These Demons have collected vast amounts of knowledge and are considered more valuable than their easily accessed kin. More dangerous as well, obviously.

The inaccuracy of language around AI is a serious, SERIOUS detriment to understanding. AI that makes a goomba move is not ML, ML is not an LLM, LLMs aren't even image diffusion models! "AI" as an umbrella term for so many disparate technologies is a prime vector for the harm being wrought.

Although looked down on by other Wizards, and forbidden from attaining "Arch Mage" status, there is no debating that Warlocks can amass and exert immense power rapidly. Perhaps it is the rapidity and lack of full understanding of that power that so often leads to such short, terminal, careers.
