Well - at least today we don't have any sites down when I arrived........... I am still disappointing in the lack of urgency by techs responsible for the sites in responding. In the end, I had to deal with on site and our telephone person checked the other site.

Colleague - chatgpt suggests these things on the certificate issue we have (with the VPN). Me - so it suggested the usual basic troubleshooting for a certificate issue, of which 3 of those suggestions are not relevant to this problem. AI can be useful, but its troubleshooting capability is basic
