Every year, Disabled workers earn £4,081 less than everyone else. In 2025, Disabled workers earn £78.40 less a week than non-disabled workers. The gap is more than the average house spends on food a week - £64.30. Disabled women get paid £3.80 an hour less than non-disabled men.
