I think one thing people tend to forget about villain or antagonist roleplay in WoW is that it doesn't necessarily have to mean Scourge/Twilight’s Hammer/Legion/etc. There's ample opportunity to be the bad guys and still align with either of the main factions. Plenty of examples of it in game too.

One of the funniest things about the Irregulars is that everyone will always keep talking through any mission briefing. It would probably rattle some people, but it feels like guild culture at this point and IC Sixtus just tries his best to brave through it.

Argent Dawn needs a Worgen guild that is all tophats, rapiers and long coats. Really lean heavy into the Victorian werewolf thing.

With that being said, I also don't think being removed from a guild should necessarily reflect negatively on you. Sometimes people just don't get along and that's not an indictment of you or them.

I think one of the best pieces of advice I can give for officering an RP guild is to not be afraid to kick people out of the guild if they are trouble or even if they just don't vibe.
