the more genAI is pushed on us the more I fall in love with that rough, less polished, more obviously painted, sketchy, messy, charcoal-stained type of art that just screams with every brush and penstroke that human hands have touched it.

This year's resolution was to beat the Couch to 5K running program I was working on, and I did it!!!! Made some progress on the 10k program before I went in for surgery and had to rest, but god I'm so chuffed about completing the first one

Art-related New Year's resolution.... I think I want to lean further into "less is more" and practice leaving out unnecessary detail when I paint, knowing that I do love longer rendering and that doesn't always work in my favor
