EPC's "biggest AT advocate" reminded us several times in the meeting that majority of citizens in #winnipeg don't' want bike infrastructure. nice, a real "nobody likes you" moment.

"Council’s executive policy committee voted in favour of asking the provincial government to change the HTA to give the city the power to change the default speed limit in the city."
