So, a PlayStation State of Play is coming on June 2nd. If, and that's a big if, there's any Sonic game(s) coming within the next 12 months, that will be the first not-E3 presentation where we could learn more.

God the new Tomodachi Life game is so damn addicting. I've already got lots of hours dedicated to it, and my island currently has 30 Miis on it. They're all Persona 3/4/5 characters. Except one, who got in because crossover technicality. Hatsune Miku. lol

Something I've loved about checking out other gaming IPs is all the cool music I've discovered. Persona & Guilty Gear stand out the most but it's not just them! If you told me 10 yrs ago that I'd end up liking WarioWare, Xenoblade, Zelda, Final Fantasy & Kingdom Hearts songs I wouldn't believe you.

The Illumination Mario movies, to be honest, never really interested me. From what I've seen of the trailers, they're clearly made for kids and families, not for me. And that's okay. The first movie did very well and I'm sure the Mario Galaxy Movie will do the same.

I do still think that Summer Game Fest's worth watching for potential Sonic news despite the false alarm with Roger Craig Smith today. SEGA loves Keighley events for Sonic news, including reveals. And it's Sonic's 35th. I'm not saying something *will* happen. But it's possible!

Well, Sonic VA Roger Craig Smith teased something Sonic-related for IGN Live in June! And he'll be attending there too! For obvious reasons, June was already looking to be an interesting month for Sonic. This definitely made that official though!

Man it's a weird time for me as a Nintendo fan. I feel like I've gotten everything except the #1 thing I've begged for: a new 3D Mario. it's genuinely the only thing keeping me from being 100% satisfied with the Switch 2 because I've been spoiled with everything else lmao.
