Last Thursday, Yueyan, one of our visiting PhD students, gave a brilliant talk about her PhD research in preparation for her defence. Her research explores how babies and caregivers learn to share attention in everyday life using wearable devices and machine learning.

Last Thursday the Babylab attended a talk by Mitzi, one of our visiting PhD students! 📖 The talk explored how linguistic anticipation and rhythm intertwine to shape real-time comprehension, and how this reveals key differences between typical development and Down syndrome.

We are excited to welcome Dr Sarah Berger from City University of New York for the next seminar in our Towards Complexity Seminar Series! Her talk is titled ‘Embodied Cognition in Infancy’ The seminar is open to all – join us on 7th May at 1pm in the Psychology Tower Building at Cardiff University!
