I was introduced to A.M. Homes collection The Safety of Objects in 2004 while on an international flight. I read it multiple times during my trip and immediately loved her. This interview made me so very happy!

This is very good. And I loved Emre's piece in the New Yorker so very much. Probably because I have such a different relationship to parenting than the subject does. I figured out very early on that I was the one that had to completely shift my attitude/expectations of everything.
