In other news, I discovered I can hold a handstand and even do handstand presses. I had no idea I possessed this skill, but I suppose it’s more like I’m capable of doing many things due to having a good foundation of balance and strength. I just never tried it/never had a reason to do it?

Watching people fight online about the heatwave in the UK vs heatwaves in the US and while yes, I’m from a place that is much hotter than the UK the keyword here is “acclimated.” Extended periods of time in an environment will equip you for that. I wish people had more empathy.
