1/2 News from the Sibilia Lab 🔔 🔝Very excited about our very recent publication in @Nature Cancer 🔝🔝where we describe a new immunotherapeutic approach to treat topically accessible tumors like melanoma and breast cancer with the TLR7/8 agonist Imiquimod in combination with systemic Interferon.

2/2 This combination therapy shows efficacy against local tumors and distant metastases and sensitizes tumors to checkpoint inhibitors with enhanced memory formation. Check out the cool mechanism in our paper ⬇️ 👇 rdcu.be/d7c4X
