My kid went to her first day of improv camp today and she has been making us do scenes all night

My last year of running: - trained for fall marathon, got injured - recovered (6 wks off) m, trained for winter half, ran it in freezing conditions - trained for spring half, ran 30 seconds off my PB - recovered (2 wks off) and trained for a bonus early summer 10k, ran a PB - injured again
