This is a really interesting paper: www.cell.com/current-biol... Early human introgression into Neanderthals around 250 thousand years ago, resulting in up to 6% human DNA in Neanderthals. And then evidence that human-introgressed alleles were selected against after their introduction.

What I thought was an easy algebra problem, that is giving me a headache: I am looking for a way to generate all subsets of the power set for a given K that are closed under union of disjoint sets and complementation of nested sets.
