Last night (3rd July) between 10.50-11.30 my electric cargo bike was stolen. Black Pakyak E+ with a baby carrier. First time I’d taken it to town 🥹 . I parked it on the Plain roundabout near the Cape of Good Hope pub. Secured it with a Diamond grade lock. If you saw anything please let me know.

In a world of terrible communication I’m grateful that my local councillor has the ability to carefully and gently explain issues that affect my community. In this case quiet lanes, which is an idea that is clearly A Good Thing, but has been wilfully misinterpreted by the noisy Facebook warriors.

The most disgusting behaviour I’ve ever witnessed in public spaces was directed at Sadiq Khan by ‘anti-Ulez’ protesters, who of course received way more coverage, much of it friendly, than the scheme’s incredible success ever will.
