Australian here 👋 Stop saying the tragedy in Sydney demonstrates that strict gun laws don’t work. There were ZERO mass shootings in Australia in the two decades after strict gun laws were passed in 1996. We have so much we need to do, but strict gun laws remain a critical part of the solution.

Good decision to schedule my sauna and cold plunge today during the Bills game again. So nice escaping the drama last week, but I will be apologizing to the dogs for ditching them w/A again. Feel bad because he makes them so nervous with the yelling, pacing etc. Mama needs a break too though!

Skipped out on watching Bills game w/A and I'm at this sauna/spa place. Very cool! One hour to rotate between sauna/VitC shower/cold plunge tub. That first plunge was cold! You can also listen to your own music inside sauna and the private room. Got a deal on a package and excited to come back.

Lovely Saturday date afternoon/evening: Drinks and snacks at beautiful Asher Adams Hotel bar, lots of laughs seeing Nate Bargatze at Delta Center-which has like 5 different ice cream/gelato concession stands, so Utah, now wrapping things up with drinks and another snack at a sports bar. Good times!
