and that was sa1 arc. i think i overall enjoyed it but it had its rough spots. its the point in the series where animation production collapsed a little bit and some bits just straight up looked kinda bad. but some story additions/improvements and key bits being animated very well save it as a whole

time for oddly humanizing scene about the president that also further acknowledges the consequences of the chaos' rampage
