i started playing solo od&d at the beginning of February. It's more fun than i expected. and requires more work and discipline than i expected. it's also a great for those of us who want to take deeper dives into game worlds than we probably could with our regular gaming groups.

I played 2 games before i got to D&D. The Palladium Fantasy Role Playing Game was my first #ttrpg. Then I played Rifts, also by Palladium Books (aaaaa looooottttttt) before my first (A)D&D (2nd ed) game.

Don't use Meta anything. Don't use Google anything. Don't use Microsoft anything. Twitter is already dead, so no worries there. If you have to use this stuff for work, I understand and commiserate. Otherwise, save the whining, thanks. Those things will ALWAYS be shit, and will only grow worse.

Really interesting discussion about the evolution of alignment in #dnd. I’m a proponent of the Lawful Good/Evil, Chaotic Good/Evil, and neutral schema. I enjoy the nuance it gives to the cosmic war between Law and Chaos. It enables each side to have its angels and its demons. #osr #ose #odnd
