It turns out "Enter the Void" is licensed by IFC films, which I contacted twice using their website's suggested email, and which twice I received no response from. The trick is to find a phone number and ask who the person is who actually answers their emails and works in film licensing. Lord.

Why is securing film licensing so labyrinthine and convoluted? If a film's "public performance rights" are not held by Swank or Kanopy or Criterion, I have struggled to find an easy way to locate licensors. Any advice is greatly appreciated. I'm trying to find the license for "Enter the Void."
