I've been building a Model Context Protocol server for work the last week or so and am astonished at how terrible support for the actual specification is across all the popular AI clients.

Mermaid Charts are sweet; had a team member show them to me last week and having your diagrams exist alongside code as code is surprisingly ergonomic / useful. I expected it to be a PIA as a big excalidraw user but I've found it all surprisingly simple to adapt to.

scoop.sh is so awesome. Feels so good to have a centralized way to both install and update all my apps from the CLI on windows.
