In at least 22 states and America at large, more children and teens die from gun violence than in car accidents. Congress enacted commonsense safety measures to reduce fatalities on our roads. They must take this same approach to combat gun violence.

This election has shifted our political and expected policy landscape. Many will be tempted to withdraw their support for immigrants, migrants, refugees, and asylees in its wake. Unitarian Universalists will not.
